a little story about showing up

A note from the maker

There’s a little room. And someone in it.

THE MEWVOW STORYCHAPTER ONE

Tomorrow, perhaps...

A small promise.
A cat with
their doubts.

You have a few things you mean to do.
The cat has found a sunny spot.

Leave one to three little promises for tomorrow. Nothing grand. One is plenty.

TOMORROW

Read a few pages.

“We’ll see.”

That’s the cat, of course.

A note from the maker.

Mewvow is an independently developed iPhone app from a solo founder in Taiwan. It’s for English-speaking adults who enjoy small daily rituals and quiet character humor.

The idea is simple: leave one to three promises, come back to tell the cat what happened, and let those little returns become a shared history.

Questions, feedback, or just a hello?

Small steps. A little company.

A few things in the margins.

Before you
close the book.

When can I download Mewvow?

Not yet. The first version is in development for iPhone, in English. A launch date has not been announced. This website shows the product direction, not a released app.

What stays free, and what is Plus?

The planned free experience includes the one-to-three-promise ritual, basic cat interactions, saved history, account backup and restoration. Plus is an optional subscription for AI conversations and selective memory. Affection never depends on buying a subscription.

How much conversation is planned?

The initial Plus plan is 20 successful question-and-answer turns per account per day. Failed attempts and retries don’t consume extra turns. This allowance is provisional while we test the experience; price and limits will be disclosed before purchase.

What if I leave a promise unfinished?

Report it honestly or leave it open. Not reporting is not treated as failure, and an unfinished list does not make the cat less affectionate. One completed promise is just as complete as three.

Does this website use AI or save my answers?

No. The story uses prewritten examples and existing animation artwork. Your page choices and example answers are not saved or sent to an AI service. Reloading starts the story again.
